      Who we are

Secret Santa Draw is run by [your name or business name], [town, UK]. Contact us at [contact email] about anything on this page.

      What we collect

      • Your email address, so you can sign in.
      • The name you enter, your wishlist, and an email address or mobile number for sending your tag.
      • The groups you create or join, and who you are matched with.
      • Details an organiser enters for someone they add, with that person's permission.
      • If an organiser invites you by email, we use your address only to send that one invitation and don't keep it.

      Why we use it

Only to run your Secret Santa: to let you join a group, draw names, show or email each person their match, and send one reminder email a few days before the gift exchange. Our lawful basis is that this is needed to provide the service you asked for. We don't sell your details, show ads, or use tracking cookies.

      Who can see it

      • Other people in your group see your name and whether you've added a wishlist. The person who draws you sees your wishlist.
      • Only you and the organiser can see your email or mobile number.
      • Nobody, the organiser included, can see who anyone else is buying for.

      Services we use

Supabase (database and sign-in, stored in the EU in Paris), Vercel (website hosting) and Resend (sending emails, from the EU in Ireland). Each handles data only on our instructions under data processing terms.

      How long we keep it

Groups and everything in them are deleted automatically 60 days after the gift exchange date, or 120 days after creation if no date was set. You can delete your data at any time from your Account page.

      Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing [contact email]. We reply within one month. If you're unhappy, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

      Children

You must be 13 or over to sign in. Parents or guardians may add a child's name and wishlist to a group, but please don't add children's contact details.
